Sift 1 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps. Add 2 oz (60 ml) of hot water (not boiling about 175°F / 80°C). Whisk briskly in a zig-zag motion until frothy. Drink as-is, or pour into a cup and enjoy.
