I purchased the Caraway Pan set that came with the organization system, the bakeware set with the organization system and the storage set with the organization system. The nonstick coating has greatly decreased in quality and the storage set shattered when I put room temperature food in it. The organization system at Caraway takes up a lot of space and is not very convenient for regular cabinetry. I contacted customer service about the issues and they said that the malfunctions were my fault and were not covered by the warranty despite me following all directions that came with the products. My Our Place pans and other objects have held up fantastically and customer service interactions with that company were great. If its between purchasing from these two companies, I would have just done all purchases through Our Place and gotten organization systems from Amazon or elsewhere.
