How to Use
Pull 1 patch off sheet and place on any part of skin that is clean, dry, and hairless. Wear for 8-12 hours. Take off and put in plastic recycling container.
Ingredients
100mcg Vitamin D3(Cholecalciferol) , 200mcg Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone).
Care Instructions
Wear once and then put in recycling. Patch is water safe.

I think these work great. I’ve used them when I was sick and when the weather was grey and I didn’t get a lot of vitamin d. It’s also on trend with my health needs to boost vd3 so was happy to add it on for very low cost
