Hot summers raise your chances of being tempted by the person in front of you in line ordering that Java-Chip-Mocha-Chip-Vanilla-Bean-chocolate-blended drink of goodness. But those bad boys also do bad things for our health! Enter: the healthy coffee milkshake alternative!
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 frozen bananas
3 tablespoons ground chia seeds
3 tablespoons decaf coffee crystals
1 packet Purevia
Combine all items in a blender and process on the smoothie setting or on high until smooth!
Yield: 4 cups.
