Pulled Pork Sandwich

Eating barbecue is as messy as it is delicious. These Pulled Pork Sandwiches have all the sweet and tangy messiness of the reg version with a lot less calories, sodium, and fat. Yee-haw!
3 pounds pork shoulder meat
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 cup vinegar
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
1. Add ingredients to slow cooker, cover and simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Stir every 30-45 minutes.
2. Remove pork when tender and drain fat from the bottom of the pot.
3. Use forks to pull apart the pork and return it to the slow cooker to keep warm.
4. Serve with seeded hamburger buns.
