Ladies, it’s time to put down the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte and celebrate the changing season in a healthier, more whole-body way! Yes, the familiar white and green cups marked with the letters “PSL” have us thinking tall boots and cozy sweaters weeks ahead of the arrival of the cold weather, but there’s another way to welcome falling leaves and changing temperatures: yoga.
Yoga is one of my favorite ways to add a dose of wellness into my day. If you’ve never tried it, here’s your chance!
