Don’t Worry, Be Happy
Stress can take a toll on your health. No one wants to go through life in a bad mood all the time. Whenever you’re feeling that your job or your relationships are getting stressful, put these three easy tips into action to improve your mood.
1. Be Grateful. No matter how bad your day was, take five minutes before you go to bed and write down five things that you’re grateful for that happened that day. Your list could contain anything. If you think you had a great hair day and you’re thankful, write that down. You’ll realize that maybe your “bad” day wasn’t so bad after all, relatively speaking.
2. Cross Off Something from Your Bucket List. Have you always wanted to learn the art of underwater basket weaving? Then take a class this weekend. Do something that reminds you of who you are and what you love. Do something that ignites your passion.
3. Make Time for “Me” Time. Get a mani-pedi. Treat yourself to a fancy brunch with your girlfriends. Buy a new outfit. Spoil yourself, and remind yourself that you deserve it.
