It seems like everyone is on a food restricted plan these days. Dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, Paleo – these new food rules are the Celine bags of the food world right now — #havetohaveit! But, for good reason! Dairy, gluten, and soy are three of the top five food sensitivities found in most people so it doesn’t seem like saying sayonara to dairy is going out of style anytime soon.
